Who made ND filters to fit Kodak Series V adapters?

I have a 3x4 Goldi pocket folder who’s shutter only goes to 100. I also can only get 400 speed in 127 rolls. So I’m looking for a few ND filters for my Series V holder. Can’t find anything! Looks like I had one in my stash but it has a few streaks in it.

Thanks I purchased a few Tiffen to get me by. Looks like I may need to make my own if I want better quality. Has anyone done this with coated glass discs and gel?
