(Incidentally, if anyone has recommendations for a good tech that will service an SL66, I’d be happy to hear it.)
René at Service Caméra Pro (Canada) works on the SL66. I believe he only does full overhauls but the check/estimate is free. Not the easiest to reach since he is semi-retired.

And then again this Wonderfull piece of nightmarish prose. I don't really get the Pandemic Chaos Reference, but I understand that something at Fleenor's Oceanside changed :

________________________________________________

Hello
The part on the OCR email that says "We aren't accepting International shipments" means that we accept Rolleiflex cameras for repairs
only from Rolleiflex owners who live in the United States of America. Harry Fleenor III, my husband "did not know you were not in USA" when he sent you the email to send your Rolleiflex to us in California.
Had he known he would have sent you this info below instead.

Key Camera Service
1428 Main Street
Longmont, CO 805021
Contact Dave Feeley Phone 3-3772-7690
keycamera@yahoo.com

So Sorry for the misunderstanding of our policy. You are not the first person to seek a USA address from friends or relatives in USA. Since the Pandemic chaos Harry "is not allowing that either." You can call him tomorrow morning 10:00 AM if you still want to talk to him.

I dropped my SL66 off with Harry in person a couple years ago. He and his wife were both in the shop. I would agree with the above characterization of his wife. Always seems weird when people in business seem upset that you’re trying to give them money.

He did repair my camera, though it jammed up after a few rolls, and in the meantime he stopped servicing them. I’d definitely try other options at this point.

(Incidentally, if anyone has recommendations for a good tech that will service an SL66, I’d be happy to hear it.)

Jim Kilroy again! When I was contemplating an SL66 (best camera ever made, maybe, but I chickened out for a variety of reasons), I contacted Jim and asked if he could work on it if it needed it. He said sure, but it as something like 1000 moving parts, and that's one reason I decided not to keep it. But wow, what a smart, smart camera.

I know I'm a Johnny One-Note about Jim, but I've been to his house and sat with him most of an afternoon as he tore apart and reassembled my Blad. He's a great guy and a jack of all trades (construction, photography, coffee house). He's just super smart and handly.

Réné as far as I understand is fully retired as of this year. Big loss to the Canadian technician market.

RE taking camera service jobs from outside the USA: most people don't realize how expensive it has become to ship something like a camera from the US to another country. The only truly viable options are the more expensive services that include package tracking (essential!!!), and so you can expect return shipping to cost between $75 USD and $100+ USD, and it can still take up to 6 weeks for the package to get to some destinations.
I stopped accepting jobs outside North America because many potential clients either 1) declined the service because of the cost of return shipping or 2) tried to weasel a way to get it done on the cheap. I think Fleenor's decision to cease accepting jobs from outside the country is a very practical one. I still accept jobs from Canada, but that may soon change as well - I am currently waiting for a camera to get through US Customs, and I'm told its stuck there because there's "a problem with the address". Who knows how that's going to end. It gets more difficult with every passing year to handle jobs from outside the country, and there's a limit to what many of us will put up with.

Regarding Hasselblad/Rollei servicing: I have used Jim Kilroy as well and he does excellent work. I recommend him without hesitation.

Jim Holman at ICT told me he services Rolleiflexes. He even told me he enjoys working on them!

He repaired and CLA'd my 2.8F. It was in pretty rough shape. It had served in the U.S. Navy and then was stuck in a drawer for 40 years. He did a great job; even calling me once to suggest options. It took 5 weeks.

Last year I sent mine in:
Magnifier works fine as I understand it. I had the work done and have a nice working sleeper that should be good for another 70 years. I follow RJ camera repair / Procamera on Insta, but they are fully booked and not taking customers. Fleenor's had the camera for not quite three months. All the more reason to have multiple cameras these days.
