When I have to ask a question about a web site or company like that I generally assume that something isn't quite right.

It's a fake site, populated with boilerplate text. Its intent is simply to push its Amazon affiliate ID ("ledlumen-20") to get a commission on Amazon sales. It looks like the owner didn't get very far setting the site up. There is a huge number of similar sites. It's using Rank Math for SEO, so it's optimized to be attractive to Google Search rather than actual visitors.
