Who for Canon L2 CLA?

The L2 I recently acquired is cosmetically very nice and seems fully functional with no pinholes in the shutter, but the slow speeds are a bit on the fast side. Googling hasn't turned up much. I've already sent off a query to Youxin, although according to his web page he doesn't work on this model. One name I did find is Ken Oikawa. I suppose DAG. Anyone else?

I had Zach's Camera repair https://zackscamerarepair.com/ do a CLA and fix the low speed shutter speed issue (mine low speeds was working like "bulb" mode) on my Canon L1 last fall

Thanks guys! For the record, Youxin replied to me and said he no longer works on older Canon rangefinders (like the P and L, among others). Just like his web page says.
