As my title suggests I'm curious if anyone knows of any other labs which still print traditionally on rolls of paper larger than 50 inches. i.e,Fuji 60",Kodak 72" or the Ilford 56" rolls.

I think Ilford's 56" rolls are still available, and am pretty sure that Bob Carnie uses Ilford paper as his standard still. He's at Elevator Digital in Toronto, and I'm sure you've run into him here and/or elsewhere already. He prints big and always asks Simon Galley for rolls of all sorts of things.
