Which rangefinder would Miles be carrying?

It looks a bit like a Contax but the little lever which looks like a self timer is on the wrong side. However, if the image was reversed, the rangefinder window is too large.

Jeesh. Look at what side of his shirt the buttons are on. It's not reversed. Leica M3. He could afford it, too.

Miles Davis used to drive a Ferrari among many other comparable cars, so I don't think he'd carry anything less than a Leica.

It's definitely a M3 with a 50mm Summicron and a Leica meter on. A beautiful set up. Someone had spotted Queen Elisabeth with a similar combo many many moons ago. Wonder what she's using now (probably an iPhone...)

Gosh.
What does Miles Davis have in common with our Queen? A pub quiz question very few might get!
