Which processing workflow is best?

I've been developing 120 e6 rolls for a while now with great success just using a small metal tank. I've been working on doing e6 4x5 tray developments but have been getting spotty results. I know there are a bunch of threads about at home e6 processing but I wanted to see some personalized suggestions. I'm wanting a good daylight system that I can use at home with a temperature control and something that won't bankrupt me. What has worked well for y'all in your experiences? Any help is appreciated.
