Which oil, grease best for camera/lens repair

I have a few projects to work on, Shutter wind stuck on Yashica mat124G, and Canon RF finder lens. I have been looking at micro-tools to order oil and helical grease, but not sure which grade I need. also Nyoil vs Japanese oil, and advice would be appreciated.

For helicals, I use Helimax XP. For most other components that need grease, I use a synthetic grease - just a standard synthetic from my hardware store. For some components ( shutter release components, speed cam surfaces, some shutter components) I use a molybdenum paste.
I don’t use any actual oils, they are prone to wandering and volatilization. Some advocate a tiny drop of oil on the pins in the escapement/retard gear train, but Chris Sherlock recommends against this, as it can attract dust, which will interfere with the gear train.

Available at your local bike shop, hardware, or auto parts store.

Grease: apply a thin layer that is just visible to metal parts that slide against one another.
Oil: apply a drop about the size of a straight pin point to pivots and gear bushings. Alternative: moisten a felt pad with the oil, touch the part to the felt pad, wipe off the excess leaving just a sheen.
Extra oil or grease acts like glue and prevents mechanisms from working. No lubrication results in a rough, loud running shutter or wind mechanism.
