Which Nikon 70-200 lens with F6?

Which Nikon 70-200 lens (or 80-200) have people been using with their Nikon F6? And have you been happy with it? Any gotchas to watch out for in terms of compatibility?

The 70-200mm F/2.8 G VRII lens, is the lens I use most commonly on my F6. I have been quite happy with happy with it, and it is fully compatible with the F6.

Do NOT get the VRIII version, as it is an E lens and NOT fully compatible with the F6.
