Which Ilford 500H head adapter is this please?

Hi! Can someone tell me for which enlarger is this adapter ? It's for an Ilford 500H head. And is it the complete adapter kit or only part of it?

It’s the bracket that holds the head, and also connects to the enlarger, like a D5, others pieces are needed
