Which camera for this Prontor II shutter?

I am searching in order to find the camera model that was behind this Prontor II shutter (& Ensar 100 mm lens). Pictures here:

It was probably an Ensign camera, but I would like to know the precise model that used this shutter. I thank in advance for any advice.
