Occasionally I'll encounter The Online Photographer and 35mmc, but I don't read them regularly.
From round 2013 I used to read Ken Rockwell daily just to keep up with the rapid pace of digital development -- I didn't want to be ignorant of new technology. I also enjoyed, sometimes, his hyperbole and obvious joking. He also covered film cameras and old manual lenses as well. He did perform useful lens comparison tests and has the best Nikon compatibility chart and Nikon film camera comparisons I've ever seen. I can no longer access his site on my steam-powered phone.
Websites that I've been going to for over a decade are MIR, Cameraquest, and Karen Nakamura's Photoethnography site - admittedly these are equipment focused.
