Try emailing this address and ask for list of suppliers in your region. I'm guessing they they must have some dealers on your side of the pond as they say they are in 100 countries or have distributors in them.

I contacted Tetenal as suggested by Rob and asked about a Canadian supplier for Tetenal Spray. They've responded that it's available in North America through Freestyle Photo. Of course, Freestyle says the product can only be shipped by ground in the Continental US.
