I recently took delivery of a quart bottle of Clayton F76+ from Freestyle. During these times we need to improvise. If you like X-tol, F76+ should work nicely for you.

I'm currently developing 6 rolls and testing Rodinal and HC110. I dont need to add another to the mix at the moment! But I do loves me some XTOL. If and when it comes back in stock I'm going to stockpile a few bags.

Tell me about it, ordered 2 polarizers at the end of march from B&H & I still havent gotten them yet, theyre still on "backorder"
 
There's a lot of places shut down. Think about air cargo, a lot of things flew in cargo holds of commercial flights. I have plenty. It's coming soon I'm sure.
 
The replacement X-Tol is making its way to people now. Distribution seems to be inconsistent - some have it, while others don't.
