If you're looking for a store you're out of luck I think. Email the factory. Send them money. They FedEx you the camera. Minty fresh. No grubby hands in the shop handling it before you get it.

Cost? Email the factory-) I think the 8x10 is around $1800 plus shipping plus whatever else you add to the order.

I can confirm that Robert White has the Shen Hao 8X10" in stock and that there would be no problem in packing and postage to the US.

Badger Graphic does not list the Shen-Hao 8x10 on their web site, but they would probably order one for you.

It easier to order it yourself directly from the factory, though. That'll save you whatever Badger would tack on to order it for you.
