Where to get darkroom supplies in SE Asia?

I just found this board and I want to say that this rocks!

I'm in SE Asia (Phnom Penh, Cambodia) and I'm trying to find new or used equipment to set up a B & W darkroom. I need the whole thing, chemistry, supplies, enlarger, even paper. I can travel to get it, and my guess is that there is a place in Bangkok that carries the stuff, but I can't find anything!

Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Not sure about Bangkok but you can get lots of darkroom equipment and supplies in Manila. The Philippines may be a bit too far of a jaunt though, but some of the places do ship throughout Asia. Either way, check out

the main site is down at the moment, but you can still get to all of the content and the forums. It's Manila-centric, but there's lots of good tips on things like temperature control in hot climes etc...

I picked up chemicals in Bangkok at pro color lab.

They had a lot of B & W stuff, and they were pretty nice people. One guy can speak English pretty good, so that was a big help for me.

They have a map on their web page that you can print and show to a taxi / moto taxi drive. It's not too close to the sky train, so you will need to take a taxi(most likely).

Now I just need to get an enlarger. I think I may have found a color enlarger that I can use.

Ruby Photo and Seng Cheong are two places in Singapore that stock darkroom supplies, if you are ever in the area. The former shop has Ilford and Meopta products available, whereas the latter has LPL Saunders equipment available. I bought my Meopta Opemus 6 enlarger brand new from Ruby Photo.
