. There is a regular stream of darkroom kits at very reasonable prices - just wait until there is one close to you and snap it up. Sell on, or throw away, the bits you don't want. Tradera.com is also good for generic darkroom items like trays, beakers, tanks etc. Otherwise, a kitchen jug will hold solutions just as well as one made for darkroom use: it's more important to be consistent than to be accurate.
For consumables the cheapest suppliers I have found are in Germany, although with the current low dollar it is always worth checking B+H in the USA for film and darkroom paper (especially colour). But for chemicals and ordinary B+W papers I usually head for Fotoimpex.de.
For alt process and archival mounting/storage Silverprint in London are probably the best (
www.silverprint.co.uk), but they are not the most efficient people to deal with at a distance.
