Where to get a good print from a file, in or near Delta

If possible, I'd like some recommendations for a place in or close to Delta (maybe even downtown Vancouver) where someone can get a decent print done from a digital file.

I'll be sending the file, a scan from a print made on Ilford's Art 300 paper, to someone living in Delta.
They'll get it printed, likely at London Drugs if I cannot recommend somewhere else.
This was a special request, as they would like to have a print as part of an upcoming Celebration of Life for someone in the family.
Meanwhile I am going to try my luck with sending the actual print by the post, (I'm in France) but don't know how long that will take. The service is the 3rd of November.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

I've had good results in the past from ABC Photo. They were my lab of choice for many, many years.
I expect that "The Lab" makes great prints, but I've only used them for E6 developing.
Kerrisdale Cameras can either make simple prints in their in-house lab, or send stuff to The Lab.

@Carnie Bob may be of help, although I guess he may not personally be the one to inkjet (?) print it. Odds are he knows a suitable place, though.

Bob C is on the other side of the country 4400km away....
Google lists a number of them.... The Lab, Rocket Reprographics..... Staples (offers delivery).....any one would do for this purpose.

I've never had Tricera make a print for me, but when we were in Vancouver shopping for a printer they had very high quality prints on the walls and were printing a photographers exhibition that were very nice as well: https://tricera.ca/

Many thanks to all of you for the suggestions.
I'll pass them along to the person dealing with the printing of the file.

Feel free to start a Conversation with me if they need more - as a Delta resident myself, I can share some things about the practicalities of accessing the Vancouver resources.

Bob as a born-in-Montreal Canadian....I've never cheered for any Toronto team in my life.

Thanks Matt, I'll do so if need be.

As planned I put a print in the post yesterday.

The post office franking machine I used informed me it would take 4 to 6 working days for delivery - one can but hope!

When Don sent his negative for the printing project, it arrived within 4 working days, so I decided to give it a chance for the print.

Blue Jays are definitely Canadas Team. but I have to say I am really excited about the World Baseball Tourney, Canada will have a decent team this year, I hope the Naylor brothers all attend.
