I want some either Kodak Portra or Ekta or Fuji Pro for this weekend. If you live in the Dallas, TX area where could I buy some short of buying online?

Hello,

Freestyle have lots of selection, APUG supporter and lots of people happy with them. I think they are in california , not far from you. Portra is the best negative film now.

Good luck , there must be a link for freestyle at APUG pages.

Freestyle is almost the same distance from Dallas as Istanbul is from London England :whistling:.

Chan:

Maybe pm David Brown, who is near Dallas, and might know.

Thanks All! I contacted Arlington Camera and they have some Portra but not Ekta. It will do for now.

Depends where you are... but I've been supporting my local "Don's used photo equipment".

Here are more options.

BTW, I love Arlington Camera.

Arlington Camera in Arlington, or Don's in Dallas. http://www.donsphotoequipment.com/ (There is also Fort Worth Camera in Fort Worth, but the OP asked about Dallas.)

I cannot speak for what they may or may not have in stock at any given time. I don't use color film anymore.

As for the link to "more options", both Film Depot and Cooter's are kaput.

Thanks a lot! Don's is actually closer to me than Arlington Camera and they do have both Portra and Ektar. That means I can still shoot film.
