Question is in the title, where do I buy smaller storage bottles? I can easily find larger ones, 8 oz, 16 oz, 2l, etc.. but what if I’m looking for a smaller size? Currently, I’m looking for 100 mL bottles so that I can store H&W Control concentrate, as it oxidizes rapidly if it’s not in a completely full and sealed bottle. And unfortunately, I can’t make smaller amounts because making 100 mL already requires pretty small measurements.

Any ideas?

Photographers’ Formulary carries a line of brown glass, black plastic, and clear plastic bottles

Edit: I see that much of B&H’s line is actually Photographers’ Formulary. Not sure which is cheaper...

Nalgene..... https://nalgene.ca/collections/containers

US Plastics has about every size, shape, and material you can handle. I recently ordered several gallon black bottles at a fraction of what Datatainer bottles would’ve run, even including shipping.

Look up Lab Reagent Bottles on Amazon. I use 100ml orange bottles for my Part A concentrate for PC-512 Borax developer.

Not cheap, but you won't need to replace them, and if you are making test solutions you want a reliable storage container.

I also use these in their 100ml form

US Plastics has more variety than I can handle for sure... which specific sort of bottle did you order, if you don't mine my asking?

You might try your local pharmacy. When I needed brown glass bottles, my local drug store ordered a case of 16 oz. brown glass bottles for me. The cost was very reasonable. I think it likely that a pharmacy will be able to get small bottles, which they commonly use to dispense drugs. You'll probably have the best luck at a local drug store as opposed to a national chain, but it still never hurts to ask

IDK for your specific location. In my case, I just did some rooting on the web and located a business that sells glass bottles especially for cottage industry cosmetics, apparently. It's of no use if you're in the US, but surely, someone over there has come up with a similar idea.

Btw, I see mention of amber or brown glass. I understand that's the "technically correct" way of doing it, but it's never had my preference because it makes the contents so damn hard to see - especially the color. For developers in particular I find this suboptimal. A clear glass bottle stored in a dark cupboard, attic or cellar is every bit as good as a brown or amber bottle.

LSS (Lab Safety Supply) has a huge selection.

This is what I picked up for my order of gallon bottles. But if you search “black hdpe bottle” on their site, they have everything from 4oz. on up.

Developers are said to be sensitive to the kind of plastic bottles in which one stores them. Some kinds of plastic protect them, but others offer poor protection. Glass is always good.

If you just need 1-4oz (or 25-100 ml) plastic Nalgene-type bottles (HDPE), you can usually find them at stores that sell outdoor / camping equipment. Backpackers / campers use them to carry small quantities of whatever, like food ingredients.

I store D761+0 in enmpty olive glasses. They hold 150ml andseal tightly. When needed I mix them with 150ml of water to make 300ml of D76 1 working solution, which is a convenient amount for Jobo tanks.

Kramer Pigments use to carry nice bottles.

Try your local herbal shop. or use the 100ml ones you have and add marbles to bring the level back up to the top.

I got a few months ago from a local-ish DIY parfum/soap online shop brown glass bottles in all sizes, quite cheap.
And from my son who had to take a stupid load of medication 1-2 years ago I have many small plastic medication bottles and oral syringes from the hospital (he's better now!).
