Where to buy paper ''CHEAP''

But good Im looking for some nice arty papers, but anything other than light high gloss seems to be ridiculously priced, 100 euro for 25 sheets of hahnemuhleee duo?????

the cheapest way to buy good paper is buying it on rolls, even if your printer doesn't use rolls and cut them down to sheets yourself. more work but money saved. I buy my rolls from B&H in NY.
