Sam, I saw that. I just wish it didn't have to come to me writing this up in a public forum. I did try to contact you many times, but, we could have saved all of that if you would have just put something on your website regarding status.

Found this thread digging around on what's going on with them. Waiting for any response 2 weeks after ordering from their shopify site, and no luck with the email account or messaging Sam. I would absolutely like to support a small business making instant 4X5 film, but the business needs to be responsive, even to just say how long the expected turnaround is.
