Where do I find a plastic filter box like this?

Where do I find a plastic filter box like this? It measures 3 1/4" x 3 1/4" x 3/4" or 8mm x 8mm x 2mm.

I have a mass of filters, but I never came across this type of box.

And you got your metric dimensions wrong...

You should buy some B+W filters (they're made in Germany).

They all ship in these cases.

I got some B+W filters but never these boxes. I only buy used, by that boxes mostly are lacking or are interchanged. Most common boxes in the used markets are from clear polystyrene, rectangular w. hanger tab or cylindric.

The cases are for B60 [67mm] filters. I have B+W, Heliopan, and Hasselblad filters.
