What's your favorite b/w developer in Jobo rotary processor?

What's your favorite b/w developer for use in a Jobo CPP-2? Film used would most likely be 120 Plus X or FP4 and 4x5 Tri-X or HP-5. I still have some Kodak film left but want to support Ilford in the near future. I've used HC-110 almost exclusively in the past for manual inversion tank processing. Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions, advice, warnings and instructions!

FP 4+; 4x5; Pyrocat HD 2 + 2 + 100, 13-14 minutes, 18 deg C.

However, I have a CPE 2 + with lift (rotates at a fixed 75 rpm).

Rodinal 1:25 and !:50. I would NOT dilute it further for rotary processing. I've used Satter's Gamma Plus, with great success.

I've used Xtol at dilutions up to 1:3, and PMK Pyro 7:10:500 (ie slightly more solution A than the standard formula to compensate for any aerial oxidation that might occur in the Jobo). Xtol is my go-to developer and if Kodak ever bags it, it'll by Mytol.

I use 1:0 or 1:1 Xtol for fast conventional-grain films like Tri-X or HP-5 (I want a bit of grain solvent) and 1:2 or 1:3 for slower conventional or any T-grain films.

My two favorite developers in the Jobo are HC-110 Del B and PyrocatHD.

i use a poor man's jobo ( read UNICOLOR ).
my developer of choice in it is a very strong solution of caffienol-C

I've had some success processing sheets of 4x5 Kodak 320TXP, and Ilford Fp4plus and Delta 100 in HC-110 dil. D. I've also tried Delta 100 in Aculux-2.

Forced to chose, I'd go with HC-110 dil D.

XTOL works well for everything in my opinion. I like the slight bit of extra speed, it has low fog, and has a nice curve on the Kodak and Ilford films I use.

I develop my B&W exclusively with a Jobo and HC-110 1:50. I primarily shoot TXP320 at 200 and I'm very happy with the results. I roll the tank manually for my constant agitation as I didn't have access to a working CPP-2 in the beginning. A friend of mine has since acquired one but we just haven't taken the time to play with it. It's agitation speed is a bit faster so I figure I'll only have to shorten my time or up my dilution a bit to compensate.

You really cannot beat the old standbys for permanence or consistency.

My favorite B&W developer is Ilford's DDX. It's liquid so it's easy to mix and when stored in glass bottles it lasts a really long time. Also it gives the best film speeds of any developer I have tested. I have done BTZS film testing with DDX for 100 T-Max, 400 T-Max, HP5+, FP4+ and Fuji Acros. For very high contrast scenes I use DI-13 with 100 T-Max. This developer was designed by Phil Davis and maintains good film speed. All my sheet film is processed in Jobo Expert Drums at 75 degrees and DDX is diluted 1+9.

T-Max dev for T-Max 100 and T-Max 400.
Developing in 2500 serie tanks with 2509N reel (4x5") and max. 4 sheets at the time. No pre-soak at all.
