What's this strange camera...?

Hi guys!

Was (as usually ) lurking on the Bay and stumbled upon this "strange" camera with neither a viewfinder, nor an accessory shoe to put on an external one..... :confused: It has a styrange lens mount too...

Anyone knows about it?

At the bottom in french someone has put that it is a Zeiss Contarex for Microscopes

It also could have been made for registration issues.
Recording meters etc. Telephone companies and such used such bodies.
