I have been recieving product in a very timely matter over the last 4 months, the inventory seems to be in North America in much higher levels, I am very pleased with the service level of Ilford lately.
"Whereas colour images provide a record of a scene, an event, a memory, black-and-white photography is an artistic expression with which no other form can compete. One only has to look at the tonal quality which can be achieved, the integration of light, shade and mood, to recognise that this is the metier of true artistry."
National Camera in the Twin Cities has had a abundant supply of Ilford paper. Probaly 4-5 times more then before Kodaks annoucement. Of course the employees deny that this true. I guess if they tell me what I have seen for the last few years (I go in about once a week) is in my imagination I will believe it.
Either way I was happy to see the overflow of supply.
