I've been shooting Efke 25 for a few years now and it has always had a gray leader.
Now all of a sudden the new batch has a blue leader and it seems to process a little different in Rodinal.
It use to pour out clear and have a bit of a tinted backing now it pours out bright red and it is totally clear?
Did they change the film? It seems to take longer to fix now as well and it seems to be slightly under-exposed as compared to the old batch.
It reminds me of Tri-X when I use Rodinal.

for a while now they have been making it on a clear poly base. The blue coating on the back USED to be on the original adox film "back in the day" and I think it is on the roll film.

I processed a roll of E25 a couple of days ago in Rodinal 1:100 and it was pink coming out of the tank. The film was bought about a year ago from Freestyle.

Yes it does look like its changed and it could be about a year ago. I had a stock pile of it in the fridge and didn't need to purchase more until recently.
I know it has changed now and it seems to behave very differently and last night confirmed it.
I processed two rolls a couple of weeks ago and it poured out red and the negs look under exposed about 1 stop.
I just processed a roll last night and it was from the old batch and it poured out clear and the negs look perfect.
Something that just came to mind was that I normally shoot the 25 @50 out doors and its worked perfect for years.
Looks like I'm going to have to adjust the time now on the new stuff because it does look like its 1 stop off.
