What's her name?

She uses IIRC large format and homemade cameras and lenses. Some years ago she published a book with her images. One I think is a person taken from below standing on a glass floor though I may be mixing things up. I found images astonishing but can't remember her name. Key word to her images could be lots of blur and swirl.
