I suspect that it's your lab or a bad roll of film. Even w/ colour film, the areas you have shouldn't be yellow on a light leak. If you look at a colour wheel, purple is opposite yellow, which means it's a purple colour on the positive. It looks like a chemical stain to me.
I don't think it's a light leak. It might be loading the film too forcefully. I think bending the film too hard will leave marks. If it was a light leak, I would think the mark will be repeated in the roll.
The OP mentioned that the mark is repeated over the whole roll. Besides, pressure marks from bending/kinking film look quite different, these marks usually have sharper outlines.
