It's worth whatever you are willing to pay for it. My idea of value (I'm sure) would be quite different than yours. You are asking for an unsubstantiated opinion. None of us can see the gear in question so the best you can do is try to look up equivalent gear at KEH or similar site.

ya, I agree with Rick A. as example I first started out with this camera, In 1990. I had the c330 w/ the 55, 80, 135. parallax adapter for tripod, hard case. I bought from a friend for 500 USD. the next year I sold it all for 1200 USD. What people are willing to pay, timing, other choices available at the time. . . . its too difficult to calculate. Go to the web sites that sell and buy gear. see what "the average" prices are going for comparable, then you need to find a buyer for these. . . whats he willing to pay??? higher or lower then what you are selling for???????????? its always a crap shoot!

Worth? As a buyer or a seller? As a collector or a user?

$1000 is the most I would pay, as long as everything is in EX or better condition.

What's a 6-lens Mamiya c330s outfit worth?

A lot less than it will cost to replace it all again after suffering seller's remorse...

All in fine shape, no issues. 55, 65 80 135 180 250.
This is how I would value them, having owned some of the gear.

C330S in fine shape + 80mm lens: $250
55mm $200
65mm $100
135mm $100
180mm $150
250mm $200

TOTAL = USD $1000

Look at sold auctions on ebay, check a few other sources such as KEH and other vendors of used gear. If you're looking to sell, try to make an honest comparison as to condition. Also note that if you are selling, the retail prices at shops are 50 to 100% higher than what you would expect to get from other than a private party.
You will likely find that ebay prices are all over the place so pick a middle of the ground average. Much depends on the timing and interest level at the time the auction was on, and whether or not a buyer got lucky.

I have a two body, five lens kit I'd like to sell you for that much.

I used KEH as a guideline. See the post below yours, and he came up with the same number(s).

IF I was looking for a kit, I may be interested, but I have enough stuff already.

I have a C220 with the same six lenses (all "black").

Years ago (1990s), when I had only 2 lenses, I tried to sell the camera, but was offered so little that I decided to keep it and wait for one of two things to happen. Either 1. value would go up and I would then sell it, or 2. values would go down, I would add more lenses and use the outfit. No 2. won.

It's still not my principle tool, that would the the RB67. But for traveling or hiking, the tlr and 3 of the lenses take up about the same space and less weight as a 35mm body and 3 lenses.

If you are contemplating buying the outfit and $1000 seems a good price to you, then you will have a medium format outfit for not much money and I think you'll enjoy it.

Over and above condition, "black" Seiko shutter lenses are worth more than "chrome" Seikosha shutter lenses. Also, in most cases that group of lenses would sell at a discount as most users would not want all 6. Though a collector might.

They are black lenses and yes, I am looking to sell, but not on APUG according to the piker prices you people have in mind.

You mean "piker values", right? They are buyers and you are a seller. Different "values". As a seller you haven't done two things: set your price or offered to sell.

I think what you may be finding is what I found once: old stuff often isn't as valuable as we think it may be. Depreciation sometimes really sucks!

So why did you even ask on this forum?

I have several MF enlargers & a bunch of top MF enlarging lenses, never used any of them. So maybe I'll try to keep my Mamiya in case I ever get inspired to use it. I'm just SO good @ 35mm!

If you want to maximize the value, sell everything individually. Finding someone interested in a 6 lens set will be difficult at best (as mentioned before). Someone looking for one particular item will pay going price for the individual item, whereas someone looking for a package will be looking for a package 'deal'.

You'll soon find out what it's "worth" when you try to sell it, and see how much people will pay for it.
