I have a 6x17 RSS camera as well and really like it. Although, as mentioned, how to enlarge the negatives is probably the main issue for most people. My enlarger only does up to 6x7 so at the moment I'm doing contact prints which is working well enough for me. I'm currently thinking about 6x12 options and/or a 4x5 enlarger, but the latter is difficult to find in Japan.
You could always do contact prints on 8x10, they might look better than you think.Thank you very much for telling me about the camera! I really appreciate the effort you put into writing all that.
I too would need to find a way to enlarge the negatives, as I only have a 4x5 enlarger. It wouldn't be the end of the world to crop the sides, which you say may turn out soft anyway. I don't need the full 6x17 image for my panoramic work, but maybe a 5x7 machine is in my future...
I've got some thinking to do...

OH, and just made an offer on another Horseman Clamp with plate and an extra plate.
Interesting selection!I just purchased a Yongnuo 560 III speedlight to replace one that I broke. Also purchased 2 dresses and a smoke bomb with purple colored smoke.
I don't know if that's the case, but there are a lot of adapters available for these "old" lenses to any 3/4 mount d*****l camera.A 28mm f/2 Olympus OM lens.
Are the manual focus OM lenses more expensive than manual Nikon and manual Canon lenses because they can be used on digit*l cameras? I didn't realize the OM mount made the transition to Olympus' digit*l products.
