what waS your last photography related purchase?

Hasselblad 500c! I've wanted a Hasslblad for a few years now. Sold my Rollei to get it.

I did exactly the same thing. While I really love the Hasselblad, I still miss the Rollei.

Nothing beats a good piece of glass!

Have to wait on the F overhaul for a few days. But, did pick up the 135/3.5 and a pretty clean FM2n for cheap.

The Rollei is a great camera but it couldn't fill my needs--plus the 3,5 tessar was just too soft wide open. I love how small it is compared to my RZ67, it's definitely easier to carry around.

I chose the RZ67 over the Hassleblad for many reasons but the biggest was reports that the Hassy somehow was harder to shoot handheld without camera vibration which affected the image. I can shoot the RZ67 at 1/60th handheld with no issues and usually even 1/30th if I'm resting it on my knee or something, the most thorough test between the two showed me clearly that the added weight of the RZ somehow helped with this.

My latest purchase was a Mamiya 645 AF 150mm lens.... Now I just need a 645 AFD body...

They are both wonderful cameras. The nice thing about the Hasselblad is that you don't have to budget such a large amount of space to carry it around.

Both cameras are very fine instruments, and capable of incredible quality.

For me it had to do with the square format. I really enjoy printing squares for some reason.
Also, I had to pick a Hasselblad, because I'm a Swedish citizen. It's the law.

4L of sprint speed fixer and a gallon bag of dektol

As others stated... just shoot 6x4.5cm... can be even smaller. Bigger film... more versatility... bigger camera.
