View Camera Technique by Leslie Stroebel 6th ed I got on amazon, and a number of shorter free technical manuals on view camera use I found online, older but solid techniques. I read these mostly during the summer and fall. Currently Ive bought a few photo books and have been reading those instead of technical manuals, currently enjoying the Fan Ho 3 book set.

What a coincidence! A coworker just gave me the third edition of View Camera Technique to read through. Very informative.
I obtained a copy of The Theory of the Photographic Process by Mees, 1954 edition and have been reading through that. I also looked up something in "Lens Design" by Milton Laikin at work yesterday. It is full of optical design examples for lens designers.
Small world! Yes it's solid technique with very good photos to illustrate each chapter. The newest edition even though a few years old is very pricey, 6th and older can be had really inexpensively and I don't think much changes at all. It's probably photo courses that keep the current edition prices up. If you get your hands on any other view camera books you think are good please share them!
