What type of photographic filters are R12 orange and K3 green? What are their filter factors? Uses?

According to Wikipedia, K3 is Wratten 9, deep yellow. There is a note saying this was replaced by X1 (Wratten 11) yellow-green.

What type of orange? If it's more amber, R12 could be KR12, aka Wratten 85, a warming colour conversion for tungsten lights.
