I just got a "project" No. 4 Optimo shutter and find that it has three broken-in-two aperture blades and two others with cracks. What should one make replacements with?
Thanks!

Steel shim stock from a supply shop works. Measure the thickness of the current blades and buy the same in shim stock. It can be blued to give a factory look when done.

Or I can send you a few blades from a junker shutter I have.
