Based on the part number list here (well, on APUG), I had bought a bunch of color chemistry to run C-41 film. I have a ton of most of it left but need to buy more Tank Final Rinse (stabilizer). Kodak's part number for the bottle is 192 525. However, many vendors are listing that part number as No Longer Available. The few where their website isn't marked NLA turn out not be to able to get it when you ask.

Does anyone know what the replacement part number is?

To quote PE:

How to make a formalin stabilzer? Easy!

Mix up Photo Flo 200 as directed on the bottle. To one liter of this add 3 - 10 ml of 37% Formalin solution. That is it. The reason for the spread is that I have found several formulas with values like that. I use 10 ml to be on the safe side.

Hmm... the big advantage to modern commercial stabilizer is that it doesn't use formalin anymore.
You'll notice that the new "stuff" is labeled "final rinse" not stabilizer, that's because modern emulsions no longer need a dye stabilizer just a "bug protector" (biocide) a formalin stabilizer will do both and does nothing negative (sorry!) to new films but formalin (or equivalent) is still needed with old school emulsions.
