The biggest danger is retained silver, sometimes visible right away, sometimes visible only after some time when spots of Silver Sulfide appear. PhotoEngineer stated on multiple occasions, that BLIX leaves silver behind, and RA-4 BLIX is usually more dilute than the BLIX supplied with C-41 and E-6 kits.

Any blix is not recommended for film, but if you want to use it, mix it at a higher concentration than for paper, like twice normal concentration and use at 100F for perhaps 10 minutes, then check for retained silver. It probably works best at certain pH but don't know what that would be.
