Just picked this complete in box Lentar 500mm f/8 mirror lens the other day at a junk store for cheap. I can't figure out what camera mount it's for though. Does not give any info on the box or instructions either. The rear cap says "Leitz Wetzlar Germany" so I'm thinking it could be a Leica R mount but I don't own one to try it with. Can't find any info of these lenses being made for Leica's either, so I'm stumped. Anyone know?

Can't identify the mount but it should be interchangeable. Third-party lenses are generally made so the buyer can use a variety of camera makes and models.

Two wide and one narrow tab, it does look like a Leica R to me.
These lenses were probably made in T2 (or other interchangeable) mount, even if Lentar didn't offer them in Leica R that wouldn't stop a previous owner from putting their own T2->R adapter on it.

Yeah, it is a 'T' mount. Just get a 'T' mount adapter for what ever camera mount you have, most are still available, try ebay.
