What mount is on this Kilfitt bellows unit?

Picked this bellows + 6x6 film duplication unit at an estate sale for a few bucks but I have no idea what mount this is or what I should search for to find camera mount flanges that can be screwed on like this. It’s odd because the bellows came with a 6x6 Novoflex film holder attachment, but the camera mount is clearly not medium format. I thought it was maybe Leica but it’s not. I believe the bellows lens mount is just m39 screw mount for enlarger/duplication lenses. I’d really appreciate it if anyone could point me in the right direction! Thanks!

Can't say for certain, but the equal(ish)-lug bayonet with the latching pin looks a lot like the Exakta SLR mount to me. I had one in the early 1970s, there would be a spring loaded hook on the body flange to enagage the screw-head pin at the left side of the flange.

Yeah, I think that is a Pentacon Breach Lock mount and it IS medium format.

I think you’re right! Did some searches and Im pretty sure it’s an Exakta Mount. Appreciate it! Do you have any idea what this kind of lens mount adapter would be called? I.E., if I wanted to find something that I could attach to the bellows with Nikon F mount instead of Exakta what would it be called? I’ve tried searching g for things like “bellows lens mount adapter” etc, and am not coming up with anything. Thanks again!

Thanks! It’s much smaller in diameter than a Pentacon mount. Smaller than any camera system I own! I think Donald is right about it being Exakta.

I think it'd be a "lens mount adapter" -- though you could probably make one from a macro tube, with a little help from a piece of aluminum plate and some epoxy.
