Got the extra bodies when prices were close to nothing. Much needed because they are old ladies. Just got 2 back from CLA. The third one which is the oldest, not MLU, is surprisingly less prone to failure.

Backup always under the car seat just in case.

- Rolleiflex T
Don't use 6x6 anymore, sold some others but I started photography with this one so I keep it in the vault.

- Fuji GFX100s for night work and digital archiving.

I use the Fuji in for studio product photography. I have a Hasselblad in my daily carry bag along with a digital. Still feeling my way around the RB.

This has been an interesting thread to follow.

Over the years I have owned MF cameras from Yashica (6x6), Mamiya (in 645, 6x6, 6x9), Fuji (645, 6x9), Graflex (6x9) and Hasselblad (6x6).

Much of this I bought at firesale prices, fixed up and used for a while. At some point, the amount of machinery in the camera storage area was absurd, so I started selling things off. This thinning of the herd is now complete and I am left with "Baby" Speed Graphic for 6x9 and the Hasselblad for 6x6. They should do everything I will ever need to do until I march off life's treadmill.

I am committed to never again buying more cameras (ha!). HOWEVER ...

When I think back at all the cameras I've used, rented, borrowed, and bought over the last 5 decades, one I never actually owned and used only briefly, haunts me: The Mamiya 7. I took a 7 kit with me to Montana when my 'Blad had been stolen, and shot with the 43mm and 80mm a fair bit. They were just spectacular and the camera was a joy to use. Sometimes, I wish I'd bought that instead of a replacement 'Blad, when the insurance money came in.

In retrospect, I probably made the right decision. The Mamiya 7 has a fair bit of electronics in and parts/service are thin on the ground. Still, the those negatives ... At 16x20, the prints from them are still pretty incredible. If only they'd made one as a pure mechanical camera with the smoothness of wind the 7 had.

Can't remember if I responded earlier, but if I did, I've changed some things since:

Mamiya Press Universal (shooting the 50mm lens at 6x9 is crazy good fun)

Somewhere, if I can find it, I have or used to have an old Balda Baldax 6x6 folder that I used to enjoy breaking out and shooting on occasion.

I'm not sure this is the right place, but nowhere on the site do I see the category small format(4X4) so I'll list it here. Acquired a Baby Rollei Gray a few weeks ago to add to my 4X4 shooter collection which includes the Ricoh Super44 and Yashica LM44. In great shape and came with the case and lens cap. Ran a roll of Shanghai Film's Gold 220 through it and every thing works. The photos came out great. It's a fitting companion to my Rollei T and 2.8F.

As a medium format newbie, I have been trying a 1967 YashicaMat EM (before selling it for a friend) and a 1938 Rolleiflex Automat (borrowed). Both were nice but I wanted a camera for my 180 mm Sonnar that I have had for more than 40 years.

So today: a 1980 Kiev-6C which has recently been CLA'd at ARAX in Kiev, Ukraine.

With Zeiss Jena Zebra lenses: a Flektogon 50 mm f/4, a Biometar 80 mm f/2.8 and a Sonnar 180 mm f/2.8.

I still have to develop my first test films (B&W slide, Fomapan 400 reversed) after CLA but so far it has been a pleasure to take pictures with it.

Just a detail if you want to use a tripod: Make sure the camera can be fixed absolutely rock-solid. This might be a problem with the Sonnar. With mine at least.
Otherwise the pictures will lack sharpness because of the camera's heavy mirror slap, sorry to say.

My miniature Crown Graphic has been my most used medium format camera for the past 5 years or so.

For walking around etc. the camera, which has been modified to accept a Horseman 6x9 back, has a Kodak Ektar 105/3.7 folded in the camera and a Schneider 65/6.8 lenses with accessories. These all fit in a small sling bag.

I substitute Schneider Apo-Symmar 100mm /5.6 and Schneider 65mm/f8 lenses for more "contemplative" photography. This kit requires a larger bag. I always use a tripod with this kit.

For hiking, traveling I have been carrying my Agfa Record III along with a smaller format camera of some sort.

I used to have way too many. I pared down to the two I will actually use: A Hasselblad 50x system and a "Baby" Speed Graphic with the Graflok back upgrade.

Recently, I have just adopted a Norita 66 from my friend. So:
- TLR: Zeiss Ikoflex Favorit, Ricohflex Diacord L
- SLR: Norita 66

My go-to camera is the Pentax 645N, because with AF and metering I can concentrate more and faster on the composition. My slow-work (mainly portraiture) camera is the wonderful Fuji GX680III, incredible camera to use, and wonderful, enormous negatives while still having the convenience of 120 film.

I did an inventory of all the cameras I have or will have available to me soon. I counted 23 cameras in total, which includes 5 digital cameras. My favorite format is the middle of the road format- medium format that uses 120 film.

The medium format cameras I have are:

Fuji GW690

Pentax 645N
Pentax 67II
Franka 6x9 Folder
Zeiss Ikon Nettar 517/2 6x9 Folder
and my recent purchase of a Mamiya RZ67 Pro.

My two favorites out of this list are both of the Pentax units, with the Fuji GW690 a third. Reason the Fuji is third is because the lens is fixed focal length, and it doesn't have a light meter of some sort. Other then that its a great camera.
