What lens mount is this?

This is a Vivitar 135mm lens that I bought on eBay for $17. The lens is clear and clean; but what does it fit?

As far as I can tell from the picture, it is an Exakta mount lens.

And/or Topcon (as suggested by the "TOP" on it). Apparently Exakta and Topcon are practically the same, though I've never actually used a Topcon.

Yes but...

The lens in question has (if you imaginarily rotate it so that it is perpendicular), has:
1) A stop at 4-o'clock - typical for Exakta (and apparently Topcon lenses) which locks it in.
2) A lever at 7-o'clock, which does not exist on any Exakta mount, but should clear the Exakta bayonet.
3) A lever at 9-o'clock which seems very close in (as far as I can tell from the picture) and *could* interfere with an Exakta bayonet.

I would be glad to hear from anyone with any real experience with Topcon lenses....

*****Topcon lenses could be used on Exaktas and the other way around; but they had to be used upside down.

Small world, thats a name from the past I had forgotten, I used to know Ivor Mananle and his wife Ann about thirty years ago, but lost touch when they moved down south .
