From a table found in No.2\1954 Leica Fotografie: 19 Scheiner=16 ASA. More or less equivalent to ISO 16 since 1950s ASA is slightly different.

19 American Scheiner = 15 Din = 20 ASA

Rudolf Kingslake's approximate guidelines:

ISO/ASA = antilog ((Scheiner-9)/10)

DIN = Scheiner - 8

Scheiner = about 7 x log (H&D)
