It is the mount used by almost all Olympus OM lenses and cameras throughout the long history of that 35mm film line.
I say almost, because of Olympus' short lived attempt to add an auto-focus capability with cameras like the OM-77, which used the OM mount, but added extra functionality.

Yes, that is the OM mount. The FTL used a screw-in 'Practica' mount, and the PenF mount was only found on the 1/2 frame rangefinder as far as I know.

The Pic of the mount has one showing in the center of the picture. One stops the lens down and the other
is the lens release.

Yes one button stops the lens down to the preset aperture enabling depth of field preview in the viewfinder.
