Generally anything with a "Lomography" badge on it has been marked up significantly, and it's always possible they may switch suppliers at some point and still maintain the same branding on the film (their target market are hipsters who - generally speaking - don't care about the technical details such as what film exactly they're shooting).
Unless someone outside China/Hong Kong/Taiwan is stocking it now, the disadvantage to buying Shanghai film was it had to be bought on eBay, whereas at least the Lomo people take credit cards directly, and are not located in China in case something goes sideways with the order (legal recourse, etc).
