I like Ansel's quote when asked what camera he was using; "The biggest one I can carry".

I am using a Wisner 11x14 P camera -just light enought to carry with miscellaneous lenses. Most used lenses right now are;

1. 265mm Protar- even though it is 100 years old, it is still magic.
2. 600mm Fuji C - also a great lens
3. 19 inch Dagor- just purchased; we will see if the Dagor 'magic is real or not now.
4. 800mm Nikon T- does in fact cover 11x14.

Cheers,
John

I'm new here but just thought I'd chime in:

5x7 Wooden Canham
150mm Schneider Super-Symmar HM
240mm Fujinon A
450mm Fujinon C

Main camera out and about - Crown Graphic 4x5" with Nikor SW 90 and Nikor W 135 mm. More occasionally, 65 mm Nikor SW, 150 Xenar, 210 Xenar, 360 Tele-Xenar, 500 Osaka.
In studio for still lives: Same long lenses on Sinar Norma (4x5", 5x7", 8x10"). 8x10" is my great pride and joy, was sold to me complete with 8x10"/4x5" reducing back for £90 by English dealer (possibly after liquid lunch).
Now and again: Gran View 4x5" with 90 mm Super Angulon,
Studio portraiture: Mamiya RB67.
Occasionally outdoors during bad weather/periods of laziness: Fuji GW690III, Rolleicord Vb.
Very occasional weddings and press/PR work: Pentax MZ5-n with TTL flash and zooms.
For occasions where I need a complete change, also candids in v. dim lighting: Voigtländer T with f1.5 Nokton.

I'll throw my info in (ignoring everything smaller than 4x5 so that this message stays a reasonable length...)

4x5 cameras:
- Shen-Hao HZX 4x5-IIA
- Crown Graphic (top rangefinder)
- Cambo SC 4x5

8x10 cameras:
- Calumet C1 (green monster)
- Korona Pictorial View (recently completed restoration)
- Cambo SC 8x10

Lenses for 4x5:
- 90mm f/8 Schneider Super Angulon
- 90mm f/6.8 Schneider Linhof-select Angulon
- 135mm f/4.7 Graflex Optar
- 135mm f/4.5 Laack Rathenow

Lenses for either 4x5 or 8x10:
- 150mm f/9 Konica Hexanon GRII
- 8 1/4" f/4.5 Wollensak Raptar Copy lens
- 8 1/2" f/4.5 Ilex Paragon
- 250mm f/6.3 Fujinon-W

Lens for 8x10 only:
- 480mm f/9 Nikkor process lens (with Packard shutter)

I'm looking for something in the 300-360mm range to complete the set, but haven't decided what I want yet. As I'm in no hurry for that lens, this will probably be my lens set for at least the next six months. All of the lenses see use, although some more than others.
