What do you use instead of Paint 3D?

I had read Paint 3D is discontinued. What do you use instead of Paint 3D that offers similar tools? I use it almost every day. Not for art, just with my work.

What's Paint 3D? I have Paint in Windows 11. It is also is a tool in Irfanview photo program (free download)

What's Paint 3D?

It's an evolution of Microsoft Paint that has been bundled with Windows for ages. Paint 3D is now discontinued apparently. I still have it on my computer but never use it. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paint_3D

Irfanview photo program

Irfanview has very little editing options.

Btw, for vector graphics there's also Scribus and Inkscape, both free and/or open source.
