It looks O.K. to me to use occasionally as what it's intended for as a lightweight travel tripod for 35mm cameras, I have a similar carbon fibre one I travel with, but I also have a Manfrotto 055 and Benbo 2 tripods which are much more heavy duty for my more serious work.

looks like it was designed for a midget with a small camera.

If the shoulder of the tripod isn't as high as you can comfortably stand looking through your camera eye piece, then you are going to get an awful lot of foreground in your images.

If you use a waist level finder (TLR or Rolleiflex/Hassy SLR etc), you do not need, do not even want a high tripod. You dispense with the centre column, so it's more sturdy too.
I use a Slik 330 for my TLRs. For the Rollei 6008 it may bea tad too lightweight, but it's one I can take with me, had it been heavier I'd have left it at home on most occasions.

The kind of camera you use, and the kind of lens to go with it, inform your choices.

Also, in my experience, I do not often take a large tripod along for various reasons (speed of set-up when in company). Yet another factor to take into account. Last trip I had to remove the tripod out of my luggage because of weight. Took a Sirui monopod along with delightful results, first time I really used a monopod. I did use it with mirror lockup and remote release to be sure.
