Sitting in front of me is a Watson #70 that appears to be loaded with film. It's part of a collection I have been asked to help sell. (An elderly friend's husband had these items, including 2 film backs, developing tanks,etc.).
So here I am,surfing the net, trying to glean a bit of information. Any possible guess as to the type and speed of this 70mm perforated film? I,m stumped!

Thank You

You mean you got a 70mm bulk loader? With some luck that's worth gold -) 70mm tanks to??? Even more gold.

Cut some of the film off and develop it. Must have some markings on it.

Thanks Nick

I assume that it's B&W because there are developing tanks, reels and huge metal spools.
Maybe give it the same development as FP4+ in Rodinal?
Cool stuff .

Doesn't need to be exact. All you are looking for is the ID info.

If it has a number or something one of the other guys might know what the film actually is. Safety film is basically anything made after the 1940s. Some thing like that. The base won't go up in a puff of smoke like some of the older stuff could.
