What can i use to store and freeze paper in?

I recently received 6 577feet rolls of 5inch Supra Endura and want to freeze them. I was going to cut one roll for myself but since i got no response for my listing in the classifieds i decided to cut all the rolls and save them. I have started the first roll and have realized that i will soon run out of my saved b&w paper bags. Is there any other storage options i can use so i can freeze all the paper in 5x7 sheets?

If you have the room and seal each package in ZipLock bags to prevent moisture damage.

Thank you Steve. That is a good idea. What can i do after the ZipLocks to insure it will be light tight?

How about putting it into a black garbage bag, wrapping it around the paper, then do that again with another bag, then put inside a cardboard box and label "Do Not Open-Darkroom use only" and tape shut. You could probably store a thousand sheets per box.

I seem to recal someone sells bags and boxes like what the paper comes in when shipped by the manufacture but could not find it again.

I will look for it, I know its somewhere in my Bookmarks.

Meanwhile, maybe other darkroom workers have or can save up their paper boxes with black bag. Do you have an estimate on how many sheets total you will have?

I think I found the boxes however, they are rather expensive. Calumet has them, here is a link to Badger Graphics

Then I found this link on APUG that is somewhat recent
(there was a url link here which no longer exists)

Maybe running an ad at APUG will get you what you need.

Why not freeze the rolls as they came from Kodak and slice up one roll at a time ?
