What Camera is this? ANy info?

hey,

I was recently gifted this camera and would like to know more about it. Anybody have any idea? I believe it was being thrown out from a hospital. The lens appears reversed so I’m thinking it’s for macro photography?

Will try post some more photos. They were too large..

It came with some 778 film

Used in colposcopy (vaginal examination), thus it is macroscopy and not microscopy.
